Listing & Lease
Complete photography, listing, showings, tenant screening, lease communication, and move-in handover.

Ongoing Management
Organize accounting, work orders, rental progress, and renewal or rent-strategy reminders.
Before we start
Helpful information before the first talk.
Property district, layout, floor, age, and whether it is currently vacant.
Expected monthly rent, acceptable vacancy period, and whether you are open to longer terms.
